Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the Valigiamo app, which lets you create and manage travel packing lists. They add to the terms of the store you downloaded the app from (App Store or Google Play). By using the app, you accept them.

2. Who provides the app

3. Account

You need an account to use the app, created with email and password or through Apple or Google. Please provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under 15, you may only use the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free, ad-supported service

The app is free and funded by advertising. Ads are personalised only with your consent; otherwise you see non-personalised ads. Details are in the App privacy policy.

5. Your content

The lists, items and notes you create remain yours. You only grant us the right to store, sync and export them to run the service. We don’t use them for any other purpose and they are not visible to other users.

6. Fair use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to try to access other users’ data or our systems, not to bypass security measures, and not to overload the service by automated means.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the app running, including offline with sync once you are back online. However, we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions, errors or data loss, for example during maintenance or third-party outages. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we will give you reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Liability

Valigiamo is a reminder tool: what you pack remains your responsibility, and we are not liable for forgotten items or their consequences. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the Valigiamo name, logo, design and code belong to CORYNIS SAS. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for as long as you have an account.

10. Deletion and suspension

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all your lists are erased and cannot be recovered. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after notifying you where possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will let you know in the app or on the website before they take effect. If you don’t accept them, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts. If you have a problem, please write to us first at …: we will look for an amicable solution.
